These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MerryWink website, online store, and related services, operated by MerryWink LLC.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
ABOUT MERRYWINK
MerryWink LLC is an independent retailer offering gifts, toys, sensory products, collectibles, novelty items, and related merchandise.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MerryWink is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized distributor of third-party manufacturers or brands whose genuine products we may resell.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, dimensions, colors, features, and availability.
However:
• Colors may appear differently depending on screens and lighting
• Packaging may change
• Manufacturers may revise products without notice
• Handmade, assorted, mystery, or randomly selected products may vary
• Minor differences may occur between images and received products
When a product is described as assorted, random, mystery, blind-box, or surprise, a specific design or color is not guaranteed unless the listing expressly says otherwise.
GENUINE PRODUCTS
MerryWink intends to sell genuine products acquired through legitimate commercial and retail supply channels.
References to third-party trademarks, brands, product names, and manufacturers are used to identify the genuine products being offered for resale.
Such references do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorized-distributor status.
ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Inventory discrepancies
• Shipping restrictions
• Excessive quantities
• Technical errors
• Misuse of promotions
• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably completing the order
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
PRICING
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time before an order is placed.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully authorized or completed using an accepted payment method before an order is processed.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or another payment provider.
TAXES
Applicable sales tax or other required charges may be calculated and collected based on the order, delivery address, sales channel, and applicable law.
SHIPPING
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel or change an order, contact us at support@merrywink.com.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MerryWink name, logo, branding, website design, original graphics, photographs created by us, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to MerryWink LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, product names, characters, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to:
• Violate applicable law
• Commit fraud
• Interfere with website security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest data in an abusive or unauthorized manner
