RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At MerryWink, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
RETURNS
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unopened when applicable, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at support@merrywink.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, collectible, and product-integrity reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Opened sensory or squishy products
• Opened blind-box, mystery, surprise, or randomly assorted products
• Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or components
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items when clearly marked as final sale
• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before sending it back.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or another reason that is not the fault of MerryWink, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, MerryWink will work with you on a replacement, refund, or return at our expense, as appropriate.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by MerryWink or otherwise required by law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@merrywink.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging when shipping damage is involved
Please keep the product and all packaging until we confirm the next steps.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we issue a refund can vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges are not refunded except where stated in this policy or required by law.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we may deny the refund or reduce the refund where permitted by law.
EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS
When possible, we may offer a replacement for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because many of our products are limited, seasonal, collectible, assorted, or subject to changing availability, an identical replacement might not always be available. In that case, we may offer another appropriate resolution, including a refund.
MYSTERY AND ASSORTED PRODUCTS
Some MerryWink products are sold as blind boxes, mystery items, surprise products, or assorted colors/designs.
Unless a product listing specifically guarantees a particular color, style, character, or design, the exact item received may vary.
Receiving a duplicate, an undesired mystery design, or a randomly selected color is not considered a product defect.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been fulfilled or shipped.
To cancel, or if you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@merrywink.com.
We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once an order has entered fulfillment.
